I don't have personal preferences on whatever package.
Whatever will be decided, I will use.

One question:
Once the packages 'needed' to build gnubg are decided,
is it allowed to upload those packages to www.gnubg.org?

That way, when others want to build gnubg for Win32, they will start with
the same packages used to build the 'official' builds.
(well... I guess MinGW32 will be the exception here).
