One possibility is to drop the /absoulute/ fibs rating, and just print a
/relative/ fibs rating by using the FIBS rating formulae. Then we don't
need to worry about exactly what rating gnubg has. In fact, this is the
only possible solution if we use the luck adjusted result as a measure
of the players strength -- we cannot establish the absolute rating
unless one of the players has a known rating.
