[Bug-gnubg] New MacOS X binary

I've uploaded a brand new MacOS X binary onto my web site, based on 
yesterday's sources -- so Mac users can now enjoy new gnubg features 
(one-side analysis, neural net weights v0.14, temperature maps) and new 
features ported to MacOS X (sound support through QuickTime, and a 
working documentation):

This is only the second binary I build, I'll try and keep more in sync 
with the current development branch in the future (the first build was 
something last two months ago :-)
