[Bug-gnubg] Record game panel resize

Hi to all

On a computer with 800*600 ACERT 342T   

- is possible to adapte the screen before startint or open a file with a match

after is not possible and the record panel will be very large

- during replayng a match after 3 move the recor panel will take all the screen and is not

possible to resize or close the panel
