[Bug-gnubg] 030915 crashes at startup

I have been using GNUbg 030910 for Windows and the 3D files 030904.

I tried GNUbg 030915 and it crashed on startup. It got as far as
"Rendering Boards" when Windows popped up an "invalid page fault
in gnubg.exe" message.

There is no .gnubgrc file and nothing in the .gnubg directory
except some board definitions. So, I removed the "set geometry"
lines from .gnubgautorc as suggested on the update page. Still
crashed. Then I deleted .gnubgautorc and .gnubgmenurc so the
program would have to use its defaults. Still crashed.

My system is an Asus P2B-F mother board with a Pentium III (450MHz)
and 128MB RAM. The video card is an Asus AGP-V3400TNT with driver
version 5.33a. OS is Windows 98 SE.
