[Bug-gnubg] Looking at the manual (under windows)

I tried looking at the manual, from within gnubg under windows, last night -
without much success; I built the code with GTK2 and managed to see a bit of
the FAQ manual but parts of it where missing and the top page was one of
several which didn't work at all.  Any ideas?

I'd also like to build the gnubg.info file, can someone send me a makefile
(preferably windows version but not essential).
