[Bug-gnubg] A couple of small gui changes

I just checked in these changes, thought I send an email in case anyone 
else had them on their todo list:

        * Remeber last used import/export type+directory.
        * Escape key exits fullscreen mode, added removable
                warning when fullscreen mode entered.
