This is what I have been doing, but this method of rolling out doesn't
allow me save and resume rollouts. There seems to be a slight
functionality gap. 

I assume this is not trivial to solve, otherwise it would have been done
already. Maybe the move record can't hold data where the double decision
is evaluation while the take decision is rollout, and vice versa. 

Alternatively, maybe there is no structure for simply holding the
evaluation or rollout of a position without a play. IIRC, it is impossible
to set up a series of positions and simply evaluate them.
