[Bug-gnubg] translation file *.po

Hello all,

I've done some translations of gnubg's messages into turkish. I couldn't get 
it included into the project. 
I copied the gnubg.pot to tr.po and translated some parts to turkish.
Unfortunately a 'gmake update-gmo' and 'gmake update po' does not do anything 
at all. 
Any tries adding this file into the Makefile (as for example de.po) did not 
work aswell.
I would like to ask if someone knows how to include this translation into the 
project.
