[Bug-gnubg] irc channel

Hi folks,

just an idea while chatting with Oystein: I openend a irc channel at
irc.freenode.net (name #gnubg). For those who are bored, who have
questions or want to discuss stuff related to gnubg just type "/join
#gnubg" in your irc client. If the channel is closed, you will open
a new one with this command.
