[Bug-gnubg] missing w/g/bg in the panel version -- partial solution

Hi,

I've commited some code that solves the problem of missing w/g/bg's in
the panel version:

The hint dialog will now always show the w/g/bg's whereas the panelled
analysis only shows the equity/MWC. Pressing the "details" button will
pop up the hint dialog. 

There is still one problem to solve. In fact, this is an existing
problem: any changes done in the hint dialog won't be updated in the
match, so rollouts and evaluation should be done with the panelled
analysis.
