[Bug-gnubg] Idea for cool feature

I don't know how one would display this graphically, but the idea is to
show what are the results of an exchange of rolls as far as doubling is
concerned. That is, show exactly which of the 36*36 rolls lose the market.
Sort of an extention of the temperature map. One idea that comes to mind
would be to extend the temperature map that you have so that you could
click on a square which represents a roll, and that square would show the
results of each of the 36 rolls of the opponent. That seems like a logical
way of doing it.

For example, the temperature map shows a reddish color, and you can choose
the "Show best move" or "Show equities" check box (or both). I'm assuming
the equity that's shown for a given roll (say 12, for example) is some sort
of average of the equities from the 36 possible rolls which complete the
exchange (the combination of 11 followed by the other player's roll). You
could double click on the box for a given roll (12 say), and a new window
would open with a temperature map for the rolls which complete the
exchange. It would be good to somehow indicate on this new temperature map
when the market has been lost (perhaps cross hatch the red in the red box).

I hope this is clear. This would give one a way to look, roll by roll, at
how likely one's market is to be lost.
