I've got it working, initially with visual studio 6 - but as I use visual studio .net 2003 I've since upgraded the workspace (so you'll need to change the vs6 version a bit).
I've attached workspace and project files for both dev tools. Just extract msdev.zip into the root gnubg source directory. Try reading the readme.txt file in the msdev directory...
