This is only the case when the match is completed.

For example, if the score is 2-1/3 the actual result is +19% vs. -19%. 

The problem with your file was that gnubg thought that it was a normal
resignation in the last game, hence the score after that game would be
2-1/3. I've comitted a fix so gnubg correctly imports the resignation as
a resignation for gammon.
