I have also seen disappearing checkers. I guess you ar in the 2d board. Try
this for example: When it's your turn, try to drag a checker from one of
your points and drop it at the bar, just above the cube. Where did it go?
You won't even get it back if you press "Undo".

This is a part of the code I'm not very familiar with, can anyone with some
knowledge please take a look at this?
