[Bug-gnubg] Resignation blunder

Hi all.

In the following position:
Position ID = DwAAILafZAAAAA
Match ID = AUAAAAAA

contact is broken; gnubg is almost guaranteed to score a gammon; the 
cube is on 2, and gnubg is 5-away.

I'm on roll, and I offer to resign a *single* point... it refuses.

The dice are rolled -- 54

I offer to resign a *single* point again... and now it accepts!!!
