I do not. But I guess that this is really a problem with access rights (according to the "Permission denied" message). I guess you are using NTFS filesystem on the E drive. Maybe the C drive is formatted as FAT32 which do not support access rights? Are you sure you have not set up some special rights on those files on your E: drive? Try to open the .sgg file in Notepad (in the same way as you try to open it in gnubg, i.e. logged in as the same user, etc.), maybe it won't open either.
