I think the first 2 sections (NN tech + how strong is gnu?) should be in 
the FAQ (and I guess probably are).

Perhaps a better first chapter would be:

\chapter{Introduction}
    \section{Introduction}
    \section{Brief feature list}
    \section{GPL copying/warranty info}

The first 2 sections could be based on the gnubg website: 
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnubg/gnubg.html (and the existing manual).
