Hi all!

A lot of users have spoted a problem which is connected to locale
settings. If they're using "," as a decimal separator gnubg fails in
many routines.

- - It fails to read a match equity table.
- - It fails to print out analysis.
- - It fails to print statistics.

Due to the first item it also playes bad, since all values in the met
goes to 0.0.

The problem is that I can't see any changes in the code connected to
PushLocale or anything similar. I can't either find any obvious places
in the code where a claa to PushLocale is missing. I also find earlier
installation archives (from 29. Oct) where it works, So the crusual
change must have been committed during the last month.

Anyone have any idea?

- -Øystein
