[Bug-gnubg] Minor extra features

Hi all,

Just a couple of extra features that could be added to gnubg :

- in the hint window for a double decision (double/no-double
and take/pass cases) it would be nice to have for each
alternative the "judgement" (doubtful/bad/very bad) just
after the equity/mwc. That should be easy.

- looking at the temperature map, I was thinking if it would
be helpful to have the variance of the equities of the possible
rolls. Would this be a kind of indicator of the volatility of
the position ? Is there any other indicator (technically better
and/or more easily understandable) ? Maybe it makes sense to
show it also in the hint window of a double decision ...
