I am building with glut instead of ftgl on Solaris, due to issues with the
latter. Fonts on the cube seem to be drawn in the wrong part of the cube face,
i.e. not centered. Some boards seem to have colour issues, and performance is
rather slow. I'm not quite sure what to make of this yet, but I thought I
would mention it. Direct rendering is enabled here as far as I can tell.
