[Bug-gnubg] How to create a gnubg Win distrib ?

I've managed to compile gnubg under WinXP/mingw (thanks to Jon stuff),
I'd like to know how can I create a distib (i.e. a self contained
archive that doesn't need the installation of mingw, gtk etc. on the
tatget computer).

I tried to manually put the exe and all the dlls in a separate dir
but it complains about pango stuff (cannot load something).
Anybody has an idea of what exactly is needed ? Maybe we can even
use Inno Setup (free, http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php) ...
