[Bug-gnubg] Win distribs ready ... and available !!

Hi all,

a new Win32 distrib (20Mb install archive, Python and SSE support,
both optional) is available on www.gnubg.org.

It's my first attempt at :

 - compiling gnubg
 - building an installation archive
 - publishing on the gnubg.org web-site

so be gentle with the comments :)

Let me know if everything works fine (and, of course, if something
does not).
