As soon as possible.
In fact I was planning to upload only the exes, but since your change to
the
texture stuff implies changes in the distrib files (textures.txt), I have
to
create a new install archive. I'll take the time to remove the sse/non-sse
option (sse code should just work now).

Once the install archive is stable, I'll upload just the updated exes (much
smaller download).
