I suggest we take a big major cleanup. I just finnished my last exam
today, and now have some spare time again, and I'll be able to clean a bit.

The ext library is a X11 user interface from ancient times. Nobody uses
this anymore and it's one of the things that will go in this cleanup. It
connects with xgame.c and xboard.c (which also goes to code heaven.)

I'll see if I can make a cleanup list, or at least my "request for
removal" -list.
