Hi,

I've just made commit to the cvs.

First:
I've removed the i18n things. As I've already said, setting locale back
and forth is plain silly and not thread safe. I've therfore removed the
i18n files and the PushLocale PopLocale functions. Reading and writeing
files should be done with the g_ascii_formatd() and g_ascii_strtod()
functions.

Watch out! It's not much tested. I've tested record, renderprefs,
matchequities, settings. and they seem to work. Did I miss SGF writing?
I've not tested external. Loading neural net should be OK since
neuralnet.c is not compiled with locale at all.

Then:
I've removed the gdbm database connection. Nobody used this. There's
more that can be removed here....

Christian? It looks like you understand the autoconf/automake things,
can you remove any gdbm in the automake/autoconf system?
