Looks like a great idea to me ! It should also be extremely easy to
implement.

Things to add imho :

- threshold for a move to be considered good (maybe just like the
"doubtful"
threshold) or, even better, different rewards (sounds/icons) according to
the
magnitude of the error (I don't know this is effective from the "learning"
point
of view, however it's not so sure that this kind of learning process
applies to
backgammon players)

- a visual reward (on top of audio reward) : again, I don't know if the
visual
stimulus has the same effect of the audio one (maybe Bruce has infos on
this
topic), but it would be ok to have a small icon somewhere indicating if the
last move was ok or not. I still like playing BG while listening to music
and ...
