[Bug-gnubg] Export 2 HTML Settings

Hi all.

Toggling the options in the export settings window does not appear to
have a discernible effect in many instances (identical problem with
latest Windows and OS X versions). For example, no matter how I toggle
the box "Show unmarked cube decisions," the HTML output is the same: it
always shows ALL cube decisions (even when you just export a position
after cube decision has been made!) Needless to say, it is pretty
frustrating to have to manually edit out the cube analysis every time.
Perhaps I am not understanding something?
