[Bug-gnubg] FIBS file import bug

I love the new design for opening files (no more import menu) but you can no 
longer import FIBS oldmoves files.  I took a look at gtkfile.c to see what 
extension is expected but nothing I have tried will work.  The 0.15 release 
imports the files just fine.
