[Bug-gnubg] backgammon counted as single in jacoby after doubling

OS: Mac OSX (10.4)
gnubg 0.13.0
A backgammon win was counted as single only. Jacoby rule was active, but the 
cube was on 4. To my understanding, it should be 4x3=12 pts. However, I got 4 
pts only.
Occurance: once
