On my pc it was set on "2" which is actually "3" when you start counting with "0", as gnubg does. Yes, it happens on WinXP-SP2 and has since the beginning of 0.16. It doesn't always happen, and often it shows weird numbers in the foreground results window (while running and after running). Those weird numbers are sometimes very long decimal numbers (20-30 digits) and sometimes weird characters (e.g. Q1.x) followed by more nonsensical info. FWIW I'm running on AMD 4600+. I choose 2 processers in the options box. Chuck
