I don't think gnubgautorc is shipped with my distribs. I just tried on my office PC (WinXP) :
- uninstall gnubg 0.16 - manually remove the .gnubg directory created in
C:\Documents and Settings\mmaini (mmaini is the login) - reinstall latest distrib : 20070703
