This is my file in the first place. It's simply making a user interface for the
makebearoff utility. The interface is in Win32 API. I think I regret the whole
thing now. Maybe it should be removed?
Oh! Now I see. It looks like it should be comments which starts with /* and
ends with */. Just add it, and recommit.
