I'm not sure how you want me to check this. From the dialogs (Settings/Analysis and Settings/Evaluation)
the option is ON.
If I issue a "show evaluation" command right
before and after pasting the gnubgid, it says pruning nets are in use.
Just checked, it also happens in command line version.
