[Bug-gnubg] New win build

Hi Michael and all,

I've just uploaded a new win build (code tag 20090904, also including
MIchael's change to eval.c and sgf.c done this morning).

I've uploaded it to Michale's FTP and to gnubg.org, but I cannot
currently edit the web pages.

NOTE: I compiled against Python 2.6.2, hence please reinstall everything.

This build fixes some of the current issues, but not all of them: I
still get some
random crappy results of 0ply analysis of a match when I have >1 thread ...
The issue is very easy to reproduce (sometimes you have to insist a bit since it
happens randomly).
