[Bug-gnubg] Can I set a rollout to achieve BOTH a specific minimum SE and JSD?

I think setting the JSD to a certain level will give me a confidence level that A is better than B but
can I set gnubg to reach a minimum SE?

E.g roll out until JSD is 1.96 and also standard error for all moves < 0.05
