Two things I could do:

for each of the 6 exes (gnubg, gnubg-cli, bearoffdump, makebearoff, makeyper
and makeweights) I can put the 2 versions (sse2 and nosse) in the installer.
Then create one .bat file that executes one or the other exe depending on the
outcome of the test. Bad, IMHO.

Maybe it's simlper to have the installer ASK the user if the wants SSE2 or not,
and install the appropriate exes. I'll try this.
