ok
the match was imported from a .mat text file.
I had to add the jacoby bit so that extreme gammon would analyze matches with jacoby rule on.
I'm pretty sure all 50 files had the same comment added but I suppose it's possible I slightly mistyped
it in this one.
The odd thing is I've definitely worked on this file already and had no problems opening or using it with gnubg before.
Did I also mention I get the same error message with another file but it does open but with the first game missing?
