When you choose Mersenne, you get Manual Dice
Choosing ANSI gives Mersenne

Reproduce:
Start New Match, choose Manual Dice
Pick your dice
Go to Options... Dice
Choose Dice Generator... Mersenne
Status Bar tells you: you already have Manual Dice
Go to Options... Dice
Choose Dice Generator... ANSI
Status Bar tells you: Mersenne Twister
