There isn't anything wrong with the dice, and the computer isn't getting
any luckier than it would in real life with properly weighted dice. The
only thing I can suggest is that you go to "Settings" menu click
"options..." item, click the "Dice" tab, and then click "manual dice".
Then click OK. Once you do this, you can roll a pair of dice you own,
and GNUBG will ask you for the dice rolls prior to each move.
The only other thing you may wish to consider is an easier computer
level like Intermediate.
