This assertion is relatively new (June of this year), and I have
discovered the code around the assert is correct but the assertion
itself is wrong when the MET is inverted. Since the assertion is wrong,
using 1.02.000 should correct your issue and run properly. I have
committed a fix in CVS so that the assertion works properly when
compiled with assertions turned on.

Thanks
