Now I have it working OK with touch in Win7 compatibility mode.

GNUBG runs OK with a mouse in Win8.1 using Win7 compatibility mode.

It does not handle touch-only input properly when you try to move pieces.

I successfully installed GNUB on my new Dell Venue 8 Pro but it does not
respond properly to touch inputs.
