The cube is on 2 GNUbg is leading 3-2 in a 5pt match. That means that
all it needs to do is win. You have no way to win and GNUbg to lose.
since the bot sees that it will win no matter how it plays. To the bot
the two plays are tied so whichever one happens to be at the top of the
list will get played. In this case it played the 31 by only taking one
off where it could have taken two off. To the computer whichever play is
made it will win so it didn't care.
