You can find OS/X releases on the download page:

In particular there is a version that was generated for Yosemite users:

http://gnubg.org/media/macos/gnubg-1_04_000-mac-1010-x86_64.dmg

You have to have X11 installed already:
http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/

Just remember to open the DMG, drag the GNUbg app to /Applications.
First time you run it wait a few minutes to ensure it has time to load
properly.
