I've uploaded packages of 1.06.001 to Debian unstable, from which they
will presumably propagate into Ubuntu.
Note that, as always, these are built for lowest-common-denominator
processors for the architectures Debian supports, so these builds will be
noticably slower than ones built from source. (GNUbg is generally so fast
that personally I don't really notice, but I don't crank the engine way up
either.)
