I don't know.  I have not used it recently.  The last time I 
used a Borland compiler is almost 10 years ago.

What is the problem?

My guess .. it could be a "make" problem.  You can't configure 
it with Borland's non-standard environment.  It doesn't 
recognize the files.  If this is the case, see if there is a 
"make" program in the package, and find out what you need to do 
to make that work.   Another possibility is that you could 
download a Gnu development environment.  I don't know from 

The other possibility is that you are getting compiler errors.  
This is a standards issue.  Getting the latest version of 
Gnucap (0.34) might help.  Try http://www.gnucap.org .  There 
is a problem with the gnu site.

Because of persistent build problems on Microsoft systems, I 
have placed an executable at 
http://www.gnucap.org/devel/gnucap-0.34.exe .  It was cross 
compiled using mingw on Linux.
