[Bug-GnuCOBOL] Incomplete package

Hello,

 

First I pick some packages with Cygwin Setup, among  them db: Oracle Berkelet DB version 5.3.28-2.

 

Next I try to configure with as result:

 

When I try configure –without-db I don’t get an error message.

After make and make check I get
