thank you for reporting the failure of the
        INDEXED File Sparse/Split keys
test from run_file.at

Ron Norman added the SPARSE KEY feature within VBISAM more than some
months ago, I still plan to publish his changes as part of an official
updated new VBISAM release sometime this year.

If I remember correctly GnuCOBOL should emulate the correct behavior
when an older version of VBISAM is used, so this would be a bug in
libcob/fileio.c in this case (only happening with an "old" [official]
VBISAM version).

Can you please check if this also happens with the official VBISAM 2.0
If it does, then it is a bug, likely in libcob (if it isn't possible to
emulate this feature then it is a bug in the testsuite not skipping it /
expecting a failure).

Actually this test case is "broken" in any case as it should be split
into two test cases. Can you split the program into two, testing each
part on its own (likely one not working in your environment).

Thank you for reporting the issue and possibly helping with more
detailed tests and/or test case splitting.
