OK, so only 'build-aux' and 'buildaux' remain on the table.

For those whom I'm CCing only now: We're discussing the future name of
the directory holding files like
    ac-help.sed
    compile
    config.guess
    config.libpath
    config.rpath
    config.sub
    depcomp
    elisp-comp
    install-reloc
    install-sh
    ltmain.sh
    mdate-sh
    missing
    mkinstalldirs
    reloc-ldflags
    texinfo.tex
    ylwrap
and designated through AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR. Some people liked to call this
'config', some 'autoconf', some 'admin', some 'support', some 'tools' etc.
The discussion thread started at
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2005-03/msg00106.html.

For semantic and clarity reasons, we have already agreed on one of
'build-aux' or 'buildaux'.

Which of the two, is now a matter of taste. Therefore I'm asking you to
show your preference for one of these two, if you have one.
One man, one vote.

Bruno
