Is there a way in texinfo to conditionally define a node name? That is,
can a node be named with a macro, and then the canonical location default
the macro to "Copying" so that the upstream web page is still generated
with the same name, but in gnulib projects that are embedding gpl.texi
inside their manual, we can define the macro prior to @include gpl.texi to
name the node "GNU GPL" instead? Then we could still have a single
gpl.texi that satisfied both needs.
